The Summary of Equipment Characteristic
1. This equipment is mainly driven by motor. After putting the battery in the mold,start motor button,the upper and lower mold automatic close,and make battery seal and form.It is applied for sample production of laboratory battery materials for button batteries and capacitor research and sealing.It can also be used for the production of less batch of trial production in the factory.With different molds, it can also be used in dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, nickel foam pressing, pressing forming, riveting and so on.
2. The lower mold adopts high precision positioning ring limit to control the battery packaging height, so as not to cause damage to the sealing cup in case of excessive packaging pressure.
3. The standard configuration sealing die can be used for the sealing of button batteries
(CR2016,CR2025,CR2032 series) with 20mm diameter.Other diameters of button cells (e.g. CR2450, CR1620, etc.) can be sealed after the die assembly is replaced. Optional disassembly mould can be used to completely disassemble cathode and anode battery case after sealing of button battery. It is convenient to study and analyze the sample uptake of the inner material of the battery.
4. The inner ring of the upper die seal cup is provided with a screw spring centering mechanism. It ensures that in case the battery seal can not be removed, simply twist the top screw to push the button battery out.
5. Built-in safety relief oil valve, can adjust the pressure as needed. At the same time, the upper limit of pressure can be set to prevent the damage caused by excessive pressure with misoperation, so as to ensure the safety of the use of the machine.
6. Built-in pressure gauge, can observe and accurately control the size of sealing pressure.
7. Electric drive, high pressure up to 8T, no vibration when battery seal.
8. Specially designed hydraulic structure, easy to operate.
9. Precise die design ensures accurately and reliably seal and form. Solid steel structure design ensures steadily and safely use.
10. Small size, easy to operate, can be placed in the glove box operation.
