Product Overview

The binder is an inactive component in the electrode sheet of the lithium ion battery, and it'smain function is to connect the electrode active material, the conductive agent and theelectrode current collector, so as to have an overall connectivity between the electrode activematerial, the conductive agent and the current collector, thereby reducing the impedance ofthe small electrode.
According to the dispersion of the binder in the electrode, it can be divided into point type.
line type and body type.
Currently, commonly used binders are : CMC, PVDF, PTFE, SBR, Aqueous binderLA132/133,BAP-L

PAA water-based binder (water-based binder for anode):

Features: Reduce DCIR, improve cycle performance, power characteristics, low temperature performance, and inhibit expansion .

Product: Acrylate emulsion type, long-chain branched structure water-soluble type (flexible & highly dispersible).
