Application
It transfer through resistor heat tube to sealing head(cooper materials),and by thermal conduction effect acting on the lithium battery packaging material (plastic film).Under certain pressure, it makes it heated and softened nearly molten state and then completed nipfused.And it doesn't replace the mold to finish top and side sealing.

1. This device is mainly suitable for the package on the top and side of the soft lithium battery.
2. The resistance heat pipe is transferred to the head (copper), and the heat conduction effect is applied to the packaging material (aluminum plastic film) of the lithium battery. Under certain pressure, the heating temperature becomes soft and close to the melting state to complete the compaction and melting. And the top seal and the side seal are realized without changing the mold.
3. Unique safety protection and anti-hot design. The temperature of the upper and lower head can be adjusted by the button of the thermostat panel and the current value of the temperature; The sealing head is made of copper material with good heat transfer effect, saving electricity consumption, improving work efficiency and saving energy compared with similar products. The pressure of the upper and lower head can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve to meet the requirements of different process parameters.
4. The upper and lower sealing head is driven by the cylinder through two linear guide sleeves, and the upper and lower activities are flexible, and the guidance is accurate to ensure the parallelism of the product after sealing the edge.
