In this automatic stacking machine, when the mechanical arm is moving from left to right, the electrode sheet material is picked up at the two limit positions, and the intermediate position is used for alternating feeding.The robot arm adopts linear servo motion module to achieve high speed, stability and accuracy.Diaphragm feeding adopts constant tension, and there is a deviation rectifying mechanism to control feeding in the feeding process.A linear servo motion module is used to convert different pole sheets in the pole stock bin.
