Product Description
Prodution feature:
The equipment is used for automatic winding of digital lithium battery core, which is one of the key equipment of battery productiotn. Adopt three-winding needle and three-station winding, corrrdination of equipment operation, fast winding speed, the failre rate is low. Used the servo system to closed loop control the postion and negative electrode and separator tension, realxing the coil-by-turn tensioin during the winding process, effectively preventing the deformatioin of battery core's in the latter process.
The PLC interface design is humanized and scientific, and can display the fault locateion.
