Product Description

1.The device performs a single piece punching on a sheet or a roll electrode through a pressurizing cylinder, and it can realize different sizes of electrode punching and cutting according to different shapes of the die.
2.Double cylinder drive is adopted, Die cutting pressure and speed can be adjustable.

This device is a gas driven die cutter for producing pouch battery cathode/anode electrodes Its compact design enables the operation inside a glove box with Ar atmosphere where moisture/oxygen-sensitive electrodes will be cut.
