Product Description
Introduction:
It is manily used for cylindrical lithium battery automatic putting of the bottom insulator, battery core detection, putting batery core in the cases, automatic welding bottom, automaitc putting top surface insulator, automatic grooving and coating, automatic laser welding caps, and welded caps are, placed in the box.
1. Automatic double-station into the shell and putting of the bottom insulator; CCD defective production detection;
2. Automatic point bottom welding and adding the top surface mat, automatic totating needle;
3. Automatic grooving and coating oil, effectively prevent the swell after the grooving, can be added to the groove cleaning function.
4. Automatic laser welding cap, welding cap collect automaticly;
5. The welded caps can be placed in box automaticly.
