Product Description

The machine is to roll the positive / negative electrodes after coating continuously through the continuous hydraulic pressure roller machine, evenly calender the electrodes to the thickness required by the process, and then slit it into 2-4 electrodes that meet the technological requirement width, and rewind with alignment.The calender is the main equipment in the electrode pressing production line. It is composed of cast steel gantry, rolls, variable frequency motor reducer, gap adjustment system, electrical control system, feeding guard plate and roll surface cleaning mechanism.
The main function is press electrode to reach the appropriate density by the roller, and meet the thickness requirements according to the electrode.
