The semi-automatic die-cutting machine is an equipment used for die-cutting the positive and negative plates of lithium-ion laminated batteries. This equipment uses a pneumatic method to punch single-piece pole pieces, which can be placed in a glove box for use. According to customer requirements, various shapes of knife dies can be provided to form and die-cut battery pole pieces of different sizes.

Chip-type pole piece feeding, knife template realizes die cutting, can be used in glove box;
Cylinder drive, without power supply, adjustable punching force and speed; high-strength frame, upper and lower precision pressing plates, high-performance cutters to ensure die-cutting accuracy; die-cut products have small burrs, no powder, no indentation, etc. Bad; a set of standard positive and negative die cutters are standard, and can also be made according to customer requirements; the drawer design of upper and lower cutters ensures safe operation;
