Automatic slurry mixing and feeding System
Features:
1. Feeding system: temporary storage/transportation/metering of powder/solvent, stirring and mixing of intermediates (gluing/making), temporary storage and standing/transporting/metering of intermediates.
2. Pulping system: Stirring, dispersing and mixing of various powders and liquids.
3. Sizing system: Temporary storage, defoaming, conveying, magnetic filtration and possible weight or liquid level monitoring of finished slurry.
4. Host computer system: a PLC control system that uniformly controls the feeding, mixing and sizing subsystems, and communicates with it.
