Product Description

 1.The coating liquid is sent into slot dies system at specified pressure and flow rate through constant-flow pump system, and coated onto substrate by extruding seam of slot die, therefore realizing high-accuracy&high speed coating production.

 

2. In conjunction with stable pulp and charge system&control system, it can realize stable and accurate coating with coating weight accuracy of ±1%

3. The coating can be made continuously at speed of 20~50m/min, or intermittently at speed of 15~35m/min.

4. Accuracy of coating thickness is controllable with ±0.5~1µm/side.

 

5. It can realize wider coating; extrusion coatin gis more suitable for large-scale production

6. Floating oven drying efficiency, PTC ceramic heating, Energy security, Inferior vena independent heating, Temperature set independently.
