Semi-automatic rotary type liquid injection machine
1This machine is suitable for the production process of liquid injection, vacuum standing and first vacuum pre-sealing of pouch cell lithium battery. 2The equipment is divided into four stations, driven by the splitter. They are manual loading and unloading station, automatic liquid injection station, vacuum static station and automatic pre-sealing station. 3This machine adopts glove box outer cover, all operation is in the sealed chamber, inside access to dry gas, the sealing chamber in use to ensure that the pressure is positive pressure, that is, internal gas may leak, but external gas can not come in.
