Dry Electrode Batteries Production Line

The difference between dry electrode and wet electrode: traditional lithium battery manufacturing uses solvent NMP containing adhesive material, which is mixed with negative or positive powder, and then the slurry is coated on the electrode and dried; Different from the traditional preparation process , the dry electrode technology does not use solvents, but uses adhesives and conductive agents instead of solvents. What is more noteworthy is that compared with the wet electrode, the dry electrode is mainly different in the manufacturing process. It has no change to the active material, which means that the dry electrode has no effect on the positive material and does not directly accelerate the high nickel.
