Main Features

* Lower die with high precision locating ring limiter, control the height of battery encapsulation, in order to avoid the damage of the sealing cup when the pressure is too big.
* Upper die sealing cup inner ring is equipped with screw spring quill mechanism. in case that the battery is stuck and can not be taken out when crimping, just twist the top screw, the battery can be taken out tough.
* Built-in overflow safety relief valve, can adjust the pressure according to requirement, can set the max. pressure limit at the same time, in case that too much pressure due to wrong operation damages the machine.
* Embedded type pressure gauge, can observe and control the sealing pressure accurately.
* Hydraulic drive, pressure can reach 8 t, sealed battery no vibration, no leakage.
* Small size, simple maintenance, easy to operate, can be placed in the glove box.
