Product Description

GN-VC-10 automatic coater is designed to produce a consistent thick film with a heating cover. It has a unique driving system that produces a smooth coating on all types of materials. The flat vacuum chuck is built to hold the substrate sheet on the plate faster and easily, which is particularly useful when coating on the thin substrate and making uniform tape casting. One 100 mm width micrometer adjustable applicator is included for immediate use. A heating cover with a digital temperature controller can dry film after coating up to 200°C within +/-1°C. This machine is being used for research on ceramic tap casting and Li-Ion battery electrode  coating.
